Job requirement

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Technical Support: Primarily handling inquiries from clients using the C2C platform, addressing issues such as specification confirmation and investigating customer-related operations.

2. Coordination: Collaborating with the Vietnam development teams, sharing issues with team members and directors, providing initial responses to partner companies, and communicating formal resolutions after investigations.

  • ※In this role, effectively managing issue priorities is a critical responsibility.
  • We expect the ability to propose priorities and engage in discussions with team members and the directors to finalize the best courses of action.

3. Quality Improvement: Analyzing system issues, implementing standardization, and sharing knowledge with Japanese and Vietnamese development teams. 

4. Communication: Utilizing Slack for communication and Jira for ticket management in English.

5. Career Path:

  • Working alongside the QA Manager, you will propose standardizations, check and promote understanding and knowledge dissemination to Vietnam teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must have:

  • No programming experience is required.
  • 2+ year of customer service experience in IT services.
  • Basic English proficiency for chat communication and document comprehension
  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1)
  • Experience in engaging with abroad teams. (Vietnamese candidates →Japanese teams experience, Japanese candidates →Vietnamese teams experience)

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Test Design in system development.
  • Business English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Vietnamese nationality or Japanese with proficiency in Vietnamese.
